the hotel location was good for reach city attractions and also close to the train station.

the air conditioning did not work good, it was too hot in the room and hard to sleep. the pillows were very terrible. i asked for a fan and feather pillows, but i got no.

I found the location very convenient, being so close to the train station. My room was always super clean thanks to the daily cleaning service. I appreciated the quick resolution when I needed a taxi. The staff handled it efficiently. Breakfast had a surprising variety of options, which I thought was a nice touch.

I found that the TV volume was limited, making it a bit difficult to hear clearly.

Breakfast included a wide array of Italian meats and cheeses. I saw a selection of fresh pastries and fruits. Coffee service was quick and efficient at the dining hall.

I was happy about the elevators that were available, they worked well for upper-floor access. Signage throughout the premises was clear. I easily found all amenities, and the front desk was always ready to help

The location is fantastic. It is a quick walk from the train station. the front desk staff was very helpful. the breakfast was very nice. I don't know what to say if you couldn't find something to eat there, gluten-free options were available too.

The sink in our bathroom was blocked for the entire stay. the air conditioning did not work well. The room was either too hot or too cool. the tv volume could not be raised high enough for me to hear it properly.
